I was set up with an interview by my school, the first interview included some staff with some basic java questions. I was asked back for another interview that was held with other candidates (They wanted to try something new they said), this included a random group assignment, walk-around, one on one interviews with two separate people, then ended with a technical assessment online, which was from what I gather, above the entry level of everyone there (I will note we had people in there for C# and Java which led to complications on the group portion as it was randomly grouped). I didn't hear back so I contacted the HR & Recruiting Manager and was then offered yet another interview for Databases (Mind you, I had a very limited experience). I then went in to the interview to find out that it was misscheduled, so I had to reschedule. I then went in the next day and had an interview with 2 people in the room who asked questions about myself, behavioral, and technical questions. I was even complimented on some of my answers involving technical skills (remember my limited knowledge). I then took a technical assessment. I was given a database and told to query things which didn't seem very clear on some, but I feel I did a very adequate job in comparison to the Java technical assessment. I believe the next day I received an e-mail stating that they were no longer going to pursue it.
