Spectralink interview questions

Interview process contains four rounds with HR/Director/Dev/Manager. it took more than four weeks from first to last round, usually moving slowly. Dev/Lead asks about coding, and Manager enquires about behavioural and Director towards security

It was a five hour long interview with different teams. Even after a networks background i was called in for a QA position . The interview had generic questions asked based on my understanding and skill. I was not selected for the position , however the feedback received was irrelevant as the team was already aware of my strong points and lack of exposure to the QA side.
