A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and set up a call right away. Later that week I had my first interview with the hiring manager. The job seemed like a great fit and it went really well. Later that day, I was set up for another interview for the following week. Here's where it takes a turn. The third interview went well, then I moved on to what I assumed to be the final round: three back to back interviews which were supposed to be 30 minutes each but lasted longer. The first person was almost 20 minutes late and hadn't looked at my resume and didn't know what position I was applying for. The next two went great. A few days later I was invited to one last interview. This one took about 45 minutes and was really intense. I was told that I would hear back soon. But days went by, then weeks. I followed up with every person I interviewed with including the recruiter but was completely ghosted. A month after getting ghosted they reposted the job. An insane amount of time and energy spent on a job that they wanted me to apply to.

Smooth and easy interview process that was fairly good. I decided to pursue another opportunity but the interview was help and polite. There was a multi step process that was a little stressful but expected.

Few rounds of interview. Over the phone with HR then a teams call with the hiring manager. Final round is meeting different members of the cross functional team. Overall pleasant experience.
