Spectrum Energy (New Jersey) interview questions

The interview was highly structured and thorough. I was actually interviewed 4 times once by the GM, once by the GM and the Owner, and then by the Sales Director. They were all very influential in my success here at Spectrum.

The interview process was a welcomed behavior based and free form interview. I was interviewed by the owner and general manager. During the interview we talked about the company, job overview, and expectations. We also discussed short and long term department goals.
