I interviewed for a Marketing Research Internship at SplashLearn, and the process was quite extensive. It began with an initial assignment, which was discussed in the first interview round. After that, I was given another assignment, which was reviewed in the next round. During this interview, I was also given a live mock assignment, which I thought I did well on.
However, despite putting in significant effort across multiple assignments and rounds, I was informed before the final HR round that they wouldn't be proceeding with my application. I even reached out for feedback, but I didn't get any response.
While I appreciate a thorough selection process, the amount of work required felt excessive for an internship position, especially without clear feedback or transparency about why my application was rejected. It was a disappointing experience after investing so much time and effort.
