I was requested to interview via email and was initially excited until HR was very nice nasty via email when I requested the pay range since it wasn't listed on the app. I did decide to proceed despite her unpleasant response and a meeting invite was sent for later in the week but then I received a f/u email requesting that I answer 6 additional questions and return prior to the meeting. They required it be a minimum of a paragraph for each answer and to not be generic answers. I'll add that 4/6 of those answers could've been found on my resume which makes me wonder did anyone review my resume? I'm not a fan of companies giving you BS work just to interview if it was that important it should've been included on the original application. I requested to be withdrawn from the interview process based on the interaction and additional work request alone. It was very off putting. I'll add here that I have 8 + yrs experience. several degrees and several highly sought after cert for my field. Their loss not mine. Unnecessary requests and procedures speaks to company culture along with the fact that the reviews already aren't the best.

Worst recruiter I have ever met in my professional experience. She is so rude and pushy, more like robotic.
I felt like uncomfortable during the interview. She is not prepared for questions and kind of mad at that time. As other reviews about HR, spok should hire new HR
