Sportime interview questions

Applied on their website in late January and received an email from the director of IT to schedule an interview the following week. I replied to the email the next day with my availability for a call. A week went by, and I didn't receive anything. Then I followed up with their HR about forwarding my availability, and after a couple of days, I received a date for the interview, which was two weeks away on February 21. Then, when it came to my interview, he explained the job and duties and only asked like two questions about my experience in IT, and it seemed to go well. At the end, he said he will let me know about setting up an on-site in two weeks. When the two weeks came by, no email, so I followed up and they replied saying that they will continue interviewing until the end of March. Decided to leave it be, then sent an email in May, two months late, since the post was still up, to get an AI reply from the Director saying my resume doesn't fit any open role. Overall, the process seemed unorganized and messy.
