Interview
Lacked depth in understanding the overall work and culture. It was made to seem that processes were well-defined and leadership was all in-sync. Unfortunately, after the interview process, everything changed.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sportsman's Supply (Fenton, MO) in Oct 2017
Interview
Highly disappointed in their process. I drove an hour to this company only to be interviewed for a total of 8 minutes then was told this was just a "screen." This could have been done over the phone! The manager was in no hurry to hire and no follow up was ever done by him or anyone else at the company. Unprofessional.
