It was overall a very simple and quick one on one interview, mainly asking about your hobbies and availability, and what you know about what spotlight’s departments and what they sell.
GROUP INTERVIEW, really chill, with a bunch of other people. theyre just looking to see if you will participate in the group discussions adn questions. be engaged and confident. Listen carefully what the question/instruction is, and do exactly that. nothing more or less.
In person interview and physical resume provided. Very easygoing and was taken around the shop to introduce and explain the position and role. Are explained the different areas and what the general day to day process is like.
