Interview
I applied online and received an email from the head of the Customer Service Team about a month later. I first had a 15 minute phone screening on a Friday, then went into the office for an interview on the following Tuesday. After the interview, he sent me some sample emails to answer, as a kind of customer service test.
Overall, I would say that I had a pretty good experience... the person with whom I interviewed with was really nice and made the experience pleasant. Although he did take a while (nearly two weeks) to get back to me with a final answer.

Interview
The company was expanding to another city and was looking for interns to help with the launch. The phone interview went very well. The recruiter was very pleasant to speak with, not at all intimidating. Unfortunately they needed someone to fly to the new location the following week but I wasn't able to do that.
