Spring Street International School interview questions

An interview with 3 staff members. I was mainly asked personal questions unrelated to the position and somewhat unprofessional and awkward. One interviewer was late and asked inappropriate questions that were rude and borderline physically threatening. Another interviewer was off topic asking unrelated personal questions that were probably not legal and made odd assumptions I can only guess we're based on a poorly done internet search on a common name. The final interviewer gave relevant information about the position, however explained they were offering very little amount of hours with increasing responsibility so she could travel but requiring the person be basically on call at all times. I was also told they only usually hire within their clique, meaning an unprofessional environment with unqualified people.
