- I made it to the final round. The first interview was with someone in HR. It was purely behavioral and not too challenging. The interview seemed to appreciate jokes and small talk in addition to the more serious answers to her question. The next round, I interviewed someone from Springboard (role reversal) because this was part of the job I would be doing. They gave me opportunities to be creative and insightful and really liked when I put thought into the questions I asked. The final interview occurred in person. They flew me out to SF. I interviewed with the two founders, my potential manager, and someone on my team. Most of the interview was behavioral. There were a few "what would you do in this situation" type question.
