Interview
They don't really know what they are looking for. All or most applicants make it to the "final round" interview which is mostly a personality assessment divided between several team members who are clearly too busy to focus on the candidate at hand due to the over-scheduling.
The interview will feel great, but it wont work out and there will be no feedback on what went wrong or what they were looking for. There really needs to be some feedback after a candidate commits to 4 interviews and a 2-3 hour onsite interview..... come on this is 2020

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in 6 months, and what would you like to learn?
There was a recruiter screen, then a take home assignment, and then three more interviews after that with people on the team. Interviews were scheduled quickly, which I appreciated. Overall was about a two week process.
