I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Springer Nature
Interview
A three stage interview; introduction, test, and culture. Fairly straightforward initial interview with a group of very nice people but second interview panel came poorly prepared and asked irrelevant questions which consumed the entirety of the interview.
Much time was wasted on a test scenario that was abruptly emailed to me 15 minutes before the interview that I was expected to analyse in detail and present back that had no relation to the role. The interviewers showed limited knowledge of the test scenario and were seemingly improvising their answers to questions I had as part of the presentation, which was demonstrated by long pauses and conflicting answers given by the interviewers. It was a jarring experience, and the lack of planning did not inspire much confidence in the organisation.
Offer seemingly available if I accepted a lower than posted salary, I respectively declined to pursue the position any further.

Other Analyst Interview Reviews for Springer Nature
The team asked some standard questions in 2 separate meetings. I was given an assignment and then had a follow-up interview after. After they reviewed the assignment, we had a tour around the office and I later accepted my offer.
I interviewed at Springer Nature (London, England)
Interview
Telephone screening, followed by an onsite scenario interview + cultural interview.
The hardest part was the onsite scenario interview where you have to demonstrate your analytical approach and they ask you various questions to understand if you have the right skills
