We are highly mission-Driven with a strong focus on educational and research publishing, giving our colleagues a sense of societal impact. We have actively listened and only last week held our 2nd career growth week which was a global initiative with many active participants. Career development and progression are important so we're working to improve this as we embrace being a skills based organisation.
