Springfield City Schools interview questions

The process was very thorough. I had the opportunity to meet with three groups: teachers, administrators and community members. The groups were not structured and the flow was difficult to follow. Each group had the opportunity to ask their own questions.

The interview process was prepared in advance. I knew going into the interview what was going to be expected. I prepared for the interview and was able to forecast the interviewers questions and expectations.
