The interview started 15 min late, I was there 15 min early so 1/2 of my time wasted. The interview was laid back, the gentlemen were very nice and down to earth. We started getting into the interview then they asked about type of compensation I was looking for. With 10 years of experience and leadership in a manufacturing environment I stated $18-20 to start was reasonable....
And like that, the interview pretty much was over. They stated they start @ $12.00 and even there top performers we're maybe $18 and be they been there for many many years...
So ya, I suppose if you want an entry level job that pays a wage that is super low, than go ahead and apply. They do have excellent benefits so you have to take that into consideration.
It wasn't a bad experience, just low on the $$
