Screened by recruiter and then Teams meeting with hiring managers. Spoke to them over video-chat for approximately 10 minutes. Asked about previous experience and one behavioral question. Very laid back and more conversational than formal interview.
It was long and not the most welcoming from the floor staff. The manager was nice but not super bubbly. Floor staff was nice but intimidating. They take the time to grill you for sure! I did enjoy seeing the unit during the interview process.

Very thorough, 5-6 questions for the TIPS program. 5, 6 managers were in the interview, each asked a question. Once you pass the interview, they send you to the second phase.
