I applied and had my first interview with HR within 24 hours. Met another leader that week and was told I'm moving forward. Three weeks of no updates despite polite follow ups, then I got notice I'm entering the final round of interviews which will consist of 3hrs and a few different members of leadership and their candidate NDA to sign (I never got this). Was asked to provide my schedule, I gave a full two weeks of open calendar availability. Time expires. I provide another two full weeks. Time expires. Get asked a third time. Another two weeks of open calendar provided. Time expires. Along the way I've sent a handful of followups advising I am still ready and willing to meet and willing to accommodate whatever schedule works. HR does not respond to emails. Then earlier this week, nine weeks after starting this process, I get a generic no-reply "thanks for your time/not moving forward" email. The next morning all the job postings got deleted and immediately relisted.
This has been the worst job interview experience I've ever had. Strung along for no reason for almost two months waiting for a final round to be scheduled. I was SO EXCITED for this opportunity. If things had maintained their initial pace and led to an offer I would have had open pipeline by this time. So very disappointing.
