Question 1
Hiring Manager asked some basic behavorial questions then moved to job specifics.
You can google the basic sales and account management related questions. Related to prospecting and proposals/RFPs.
It was clear that the manager himself did not know what he was talking about. More time was spent on boasting about how good he is at the job and what he expects from me than talking about the role and how I fit in.

Interview
Initial process was quick, I applied online and got a call for an on-call pre-screening followed by an in-person interview in a week. I answered the questions well (or participated in the discussion greatly) but since its a growing company and limited staff, they need some proper way to sort candidates who possess good skills. Overall it is a good company with a lot of scope. The interview was for Big Data and a bit of Java but none of them asked a single question on the topic. They didn't had any core questions.
