1. Phone call with a recruiter: A couple of questions about my past experience and talk about the company in general, ask me about the compensation range, also to explain the interview process.
2. After the conversation, the assessment was sent and according to instructions it won't take more than 2 hours which is not a real estimation but I followed the process. It was a React. JS and TypeScript "Encourage to use". They don't give you a lot of time to complete it.
3. I sent the code, pretty much everything they asked for and I got a cold email saying they have decided not to move forward to the rest of the process, which as far as I understood was going to be like 6 more rounds with an in-person on-site, pretty long process.
Overall not a good experience, when I asked for feedback nothing was provided, they got back to me in less than a day which indicated that maybe they even checked the code I sent, which is very disrespectful to the candidate.
