The account management team, we all were miserable together therefore formed strong bonds
Cons
Boys club. Working until 2AM. CEO interfering with client meetings, when clients asked he not join. Withheld bonuses from people with zero reasoning except it was all personal and they simply didn't like these people. Overpromised clients on what could actually be achieved. Hold sudden all company meetings at 5PM, causing individuals to miss child pick up times, post-work obligations, etc - meetings were scheduled with a 10 minute heads up, people were pressured to stay and if they couldn't jokes were made about them in these meetings saying their absence was a lack of dedication.
