I submitted an application online and received a request from the recruiter for a phone interview. After the phone interview which I thought went well she said I would hear back on next steps within a week. After more than a week without any follow up I sent her an email following up and asking about next steps. It’s now been more than 2 weeks since then and NO response. As others have noted they seem to be very disorganized and not good at following up with candidates who have spent time interviewing.
