Met with a screener and two different directors. Directors were unable to inform me on next steps, and I was ghosted by the company despite follow-ups. This is very unprofessional - even an automated response would have sufficed.

Drawn out and long process. You have to repeat yourself in 3 interviews meeting with different levels of management. Known your content and you will breeze through the process. Also use any people you know within the organisation as they repeat all interview questions.
