Staxi interview questions

There are three interviews in the process. Initial screening, online questionnaire (2hrs!!), and "practical assessment" In the practical assessment lady was showing the CRM and talking over an hour. Then she asked what we were thinking, if we were interested. Very weird. I found that they just wasted my time, as I was preparing for the interview and learning about the company. So my advice is to speak to that woman when she shows you CRM and show that you are VERY interested. The job is paid by commission only
