Steelhead Diner interview questions

I sat down with the owner, who seemed nice. We talked at length about my previous experience or lack there of and then she told me i had no experience to match the great steelhead diners reputation of service. I changed the subject to jogging and running and music and we talked for a while longer and then she called me in for a working interview.
