Interview
You'll receive a phone call from an hr associate. The associate will ask typical phone interview questions, if everything checks out, you'll be invited for face to face interview in Little a Rock.
For face to face interview, you will meet with an HR associate for general interview and then another mini interview with HR supervisor. The HR interviews may take 20 minutes total. Then you have a meeting with supervisor which will last about 30 minutes. This is a typical fit style interview.
Multi level and quite in depth. Covered a lot of duties and past experience. Polite and formal setting. Not intimidating, but it was clear they meant business. Overall it was a good experience.
