Stephenson Engineering interview questions

I provided a short essay, resume, and cover letter to the online application. I then received a phone call for scheduling the interview and brief screening. I then attended an hour long in-person interview. The employer then called my references and sent the offer letter. Whole process lasted approximately two weeks.
