Stergis Windows & Doors interview questions

I applied for this position on Indeed, however it was listed under a different name as they had not informed the person holding the current position they were being replaced. I arrived at Stergis and was greeted warmly. The interview was standard, I was then shown around the factory floor. There factory is over crowded and busy, but everything seemed to be running well. As we toured around, we discussed improvements and process flow. We then went back to the conference room and further discussed the position and my background I left with a good feeling. I received a call a few days later regarding a follow up phone call with Gus Stergis which I scheduled for the following afternoon. Gus then never called and I never received any further information regarding the call or the position.
