The interview process was fairly typical, an email conversation to set up meeting and then a scheduled Teams interview. Questions asked were the most common ones, about experience, any knowledge about the firm, and where do you see yourself in 5 years/ career goals etc.. The interview went well, Recruiter was professional, informative and clear about position. They do send out a written language assessment for you to complete. Unfortunately did not get the position, when asked for feedback from HR recruiter that gave the interview no email reply back was given. Which I think is unfortunate bc I think an HR MANAGER letting candidates know what could have been done differently or any small feedback is extremely helpful for interview participants during the process. If you’re sending out an email to advise that you will not be moving forward with their candidacy, why not at least provide some kind of actual feedback instead of a very vague, generic response.
