It was really thorough and concise, it felt extremely accessible, however they asked a lot of follow up questions (not because of the interview question but because they were interested!) so be prepared for that.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stonewall (London, England) in Jun 2018
Interview
1. Application form via website without CV submission.
2. Telephone interview asking set questions about your personal experience related to the role.
3. Group interview (12 people) where you complete a group task in a team of three or four to create a short presentation on Stonewall’s key objectives. Followed by a one-to-one interview asking about your knowledge of Stonewall. Research required. While others are interviewed, you will complete a written test in an email roleplay related to the job. The whole second stage lasted about 3 hours.
4. Telephone feedback if successful or not after a week or so.
