Strands Back-end Developer interview questions

I was being invited after i had applied at the LinkedIn, the employee tell me the day and times for the interview but they suddenly ask to changed the time and i was agreed. After two days, the employee ask to changed the location and time again. At the day of interview, there is three person together interview you. They ask why you are applied for the position, can you describe yourself more etc. Start from here, the manager start to asking some of the question such as can you describes you character , after i start describe myself to him, he just directly said uncomfortable words like i don't think that's your character and i don't think you understand yourself , can you persuade me why i need to hire you? . Honestly the managers is very rude and impolite by asking those question, during the interview session he doesn't mentioned about the career opportunity and the job scope. I don't feel being respect but kind of like despise, when you interviewing the candidate at the same time i'm also interviewing you and the company, please have a respect to the candidate and not just asking impolite question that made people feels sick only.
