Phone interview and follow up phone interview and that was all. I was hired on quickly for an upcoming training cohort. It was a very straightforward interview, with them talking very openly about the role, pay, and job duties right from the start.

Quick phone interview and skype. Was sent an offer letter January 2015 with an expected start date of March 2015. Well March came, then delay after delay and issue after issue. So fast forward to December 2015 they finally can the whole idea and tell all 30 of us the job isn't going to happen. Great Christmas Eve gift right there. Now February 2016 the job has been reposted. Even though we were told our info would "stay on file" and we would be contacted if they finally got their "stuff" together. So I applied again ( after already being hired by the company) and received a lovely email saying I didn't match what they were looking for. Company is a total joke, they have already gone through 3 hiring managers and have no clue what they are doing. Avoid at all cost. Don't wait around for a year for a job to happen that will never materialize.
