Strategic HR Outsourcing Solutions interview questions

Started with a phone interview, which led to an in person interview. Interview was not hard at all some behavioral questions situational questions. Seemed as though the interview went pretty well. I was told that I would know something in the next couple of days which turned into a week where I started to contact the person I interviewed with. Finally got a response then was told I would know something the next day then more than another week goes by and I had to contact her again, which I am then told the position was filled. After I was supposed to be notified of wether I got the position or not weeks prior.
