Strik, Baldinelli, Moniz interview questions

First round was with the recruiter who asked about my past experience and software used. Second interview with the hiring manager was pretty straight forward, questions were technical but easy enough for even a graduate.

Pretty laid back, as long as you’re personable and have a clear idea of what you want to do in the workplace. They want to know if you’re a good fit with the company culture as well as determine what your work ethic is like. Definitely talk about engineering projects or experiences that aren’t just school.
