Strive Concepts interview questions

I submitted my resume online. I shortly after received an email back stating that they received my resume or something to that effect (it must have been automated). The next day I received a call asking me to come in for an initial interview the following day - so I did. The building was REALLY nice. The lady at the front was pretty nice, kind of snooty. I got there early so I waited for like 20 minutes. The interview was really short like 10 minutes. The hiring director asked me some preliminary questions to get to know me first (like what i wanted out of a position) and then told me more about the position. It all sounded pretty good to me and she was super nice. That night i received a call telling me I was invited back for a second interview. So the next day I went on site and saw the events. Obviously, from the initial meeting I knew what I was walking into - but it was still good to see for myself. They didn't really ask me as many questions, it was more informative. I think they were trying to gauge if my personality was a good fit. From there, same thing, they said they'd make some decisions about who they'd like to invite to a third interview. Good for me, I was! So then I had a last phone interview to go over all the things we'd already talked about and any other questions i'd thought of that the event managers couldn't answer (or so it seemed). The next day they offered me the position. And that's it!

Scheduled an interview for 11:30 a.m., I waited for 45 minutes in a room full of other candidates. I think it's very unprofessional to keep people waiting that long. Many of the people there had other jobs and places to be that day. If you are running that far behind, it's not too difficult to call or e-mail the people to either reschedule or push the time back. The "interview" lasted less than ten minutes. There was not a lot of talk about your resume or what you did prior. I believe she used the word "cool" in the short interview about ten times. The job posted on-line is made to sound really great, but it's all a joke once you get there. Basically the job entails going to a big box store, such as Costco, Sam's Club, etc. and putting up a table for a company who's trying to get their name out in the market. It does not take a genius to set up a table and place a table cloth over it with the said company's logo, and hopefully sell the product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
