First a take home and then two person interview. Basic questions to get background and see culture fit. They'll also ask questions to see if you'll talk their head off about something you're "passionate" about and then judge your merit based on that.

1. After an initial screening call, I was given a full-stack exercise to complete at home and deploy online 2. Had another screening call with several engineers that focused more on behavioral questions and how I work in a team environment 3. Final stage was an in-person interview that focused on the previous take-home exercise and was a pair programming exercise with several engineers. The interview process was great and I received a verbal offer but it got rescinded due to issues that suddenly came up with StrongMind's online school, Primavera Online, potentially shutting down.

The interview process was enjoyable and the atmosphere shows they have fun there. Recruiters were nice and explained how they are into training new people. I felt like it would be a good place to work. Unfortunately I didn't meet their expectations.
