The interview was quite brief, it was laid back and they were more looking to see if I had any faults, they were ready to sign me in the actual interview.

The interview was definitely heavy on situational questions. Right from the start, they were digging into past experiences and how I handled different challenges. One of the first questions was, “Tell me about a time you failed. What happened, and what did you learn?”

The interview process was extremely laid back, the owner Chris Thompson was asking good questions and seemed genuine, we talked about life for a while after, nice guy. Super fun company to work for, as long as you’re asssigned a good turf.
