The whole process in general was pretty typical. Did 3 rounds, final with the CEO and the director I'll be reporting to. Overall it was just about you selling to them why you want to work for them. They don't highlight anything like benefits, work culture, etc, it was me drilling the panel for these answers. They almost always sound like they aren't interested but then will call you back a month later. The final round was just the CEO sitting in her hotel room, walking around and asked me to tell her about myself, she wasn't even paying attention clearly so after 5min I just stopped talking and trying. This is a place that has a lot of great clients and projects under them so they do have some ego issues and if you want to work for places like this, then this is it but I don't think most people will enjoy this place. I didn't even bother to follow-up because the place just seems like one of those company that doesn't really care about the workers. Also was on the 3rd round and they never told me salary... and one of the biggest red flag for me was when I asked how does the company handle performing, good or bad, and the answer was, you all sit with each other at work, talk it out if you have issues with someone under performing...
