      Vice President Interview

      Application

I interviewed at SuMi Trust (London, England)

      Interview

The interview process was structured and professional. After submitting my application, I was contacted by HR for an initial screening call that focused on my background and motivation for the role. This was followed by a series of interviews with team members and senior managers. Each round combined behavioral questions with technical or role-specific topics, and the interviewers were generally friendly and clear about what they were looking for. The process moved efficiently, and communication from HR was consistent throughout.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

One memorable question they asked was: “Can you walk us through a situation where you had to influence a key stakeholder who initially disagreed with your approach? What did you do, and what was the outcome?”
