Sublime Wireless interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter then I talked to a manager. Everything was done over the phone. It took less than 10 min. They went over my resume and ask me what I know in the field

I got a call from recruiter, I suppse she was in Pakistan, submitted my resume through linkedIn. She arranged my interview with someone who handles T-Mobile project. First they told me thay are gonna hire me, send me some rate confirmation emails. But they asked my nationality and as I told that I am from India, I never heard back from them. I tried emailing them, but no response. I don't really understand why they did so.
