It was a fantastic experience. It felt very casual and more of a discussion than an interview. I felt appreciated and Subsplash was understanding with my special circumstances of getting married, moving and career change.

The thing that I appreciated the most from the Subsplash management was their high level of communication. They always gave great feedback and asked very good questions throughout. They were very understanding when I told them I couldn't do my second interview at their preferred time due to my current work schedule, which I appreciated. We did experience some technical difficulties over Google Hangouts during my interview, but we rolled with the punches and that ended up leading to more authentic conversation. They were even wishing me good luck on my up coming wedding and move! Very genuine people.
