Very casual. As long as they saw that you were willing to learn, you would have gotten by very comfortably. I definitely suggest wearing business professional. Even though the candidate may be very new to the industry, it is okay to be curious and eager to learn.

Very professional. There were essentially 4 layers to the interview process. Layer 1: Recruiter selected potentially qualified candidates. Layer2: Telephone Interview Layer 3: Meeting with Trainee Manager Layer 4: Meeting with one of the Principal's to become your mentor.
