Take a couple of tests. One of them is the Wonderlic Personnel Test and the other is the DAT Mechanical Reasoning Test. The DAT was super easy and so was the Wonderlic but it was timed. You had to take like 50 questions in 12 minutes which is pretty tough. The actual questions are nothing but reading and then answering them quickly is difficult.
