Interview
Preliminary phone interview to start off. Basic questions. Very easy.
Then you go to a wholesale club like BJ's or Costco, meet with a Senior Brand Representative or Team Manager, and go over interview questions and company history. You also have to observe the interviewer selling his or her product and fill out a worksheet.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Summit Retail Solutions (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview process at Summit Retail Solutions was smooth and well-organized. It started with an initial phone call where I spoke with a recruiter about my background and career goals. After that, I was invited to a Zoom meeting that gave me the chance to learn more about the company, the role, and the team culture. The final step was a follow-up phone call to discuss next steps and answer any remaining questions.
Overall, the process was straightforward, professional, and moved quickly. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, transparent, and genuinely interested in finding a good fit for both the company and the candidate.

What is the definition of attitude to you and why?
I applied online. I interviewed at Summit Retail Solutions (Bridgeport, CT)
Interview
Phone interview which is basically pointless. Just act nice and they let you through. Then you have an instore interview with someone generally severely lacking in the skills needed to interview and judge candidates, again, act with common sense and you pass. Then you have a final phone interview with a manager who generally just says yes if the person before him said you’re good or not. Just have common sense and you’re fine.
