The process was very long and unstructured through which responsiveness by company was a bit lacking. Being a growing company , they are flexible for roles so it is good for entrepreneurial people but not for career ladder climbers. On the bright side, the people was friendly and upfront about the company. Have a good team and management in place.

It was pretty standard and I should have prepared more. They had two interviewers who asked pretty basic questions plus a case question
