The process took 2+ months. Took about a month to hear back from them post interview. I was interviewed on campus by 2 people from the process department, each person asked about 4 questions. Felt very comfortable during the interview.

Describe a situation where you see someone doing something unsafe, what action did you take?
It was a one-hour interview. I was welcome in the interview room and the recruiter ask me to introduce myself. After that, the team interviewing me introduced themselves. Then they asked me various questions and at the end, I had the opportunity to ask them questions.

Very good and nice pace. 1 manager, 1 senior process engineeer and HR were there.
