Interview
Very comfortable but still very business like in manner. Very professional in the conversation and questions I was asdked. Listened intently to my answers and seemed genuinely interested in me as a person and my thoughts. Seemed to truly want to find the best fit for the job and seemed to be actually interested in making sure I would be a good fit for the Company to advance their goals.

Interview
The process was really smooth with the manager. They essential asked a couple things about myself and gave a run down about the company. They also let me know some things about themselves and about the team they have already.
Asked about experience, situational questions (was there ever a time where), if I'm interested in fashion, and register skills. Then the second in person part was role playing approaching a customer, giving advice, and testing a little knowledge about sunglasses like shapes and color theory.
