Super Bright LEDs interview questions

They initially reached out to me to apply if interested. Quick to schedule the interview but hiring process is drawn out. I had further conversations with related departments. Pretty much said they had no other candidates that could compare and needed to do a skills test. They said they would reach back out with an answer but never did. Just ghosted and wasted my energy, time and efforts. Please listen to the other reviews, they don't respect applicants time or bother giving follow up/responses.

You have to be buzzed in the building, so my first interaction was with HR. She was a very helpful lady to break the ice with while waiting for the hiring managers to meet me. We found a nearby conference room and the process began with the basic interview questions. The whol experience was about 30m long in total. Afterwards we walked out with the classic, "we'll be in touch". However, to this day, I have not received any follow up. After reading other Glassdoor interviews for this company, I went in expecting that to be the outcome. Even after sending a post interview thank you, still nothing. My advice is to be thorough. With this being an in person interview, time and money were set aside to make an appearance, at the very least let us know which direction you are going after the interview.
