Super Micro Computer, Inc. (Supermicro) interview questions

Pretty disorganized all around. After my first interview, I did not hear anything back for a month. I sent a follow-up email, and then I was scheduled right away- this was pretty odd to me already. The second interviewer was kind of rude and stand-offish, didn't seem interested in interviewing me at all.

There are two round of the interview. In the first round, I talk with mamager and two colleagues. They asked me some questions, including, how I know about the position, my character and also my weakness. And they also explain the daily schedule and the team of the department. During the second round, the manager of the department talked with me. He asked several question about my major, my career plan. Overall, all the interviewees are friendly and professional.
